What is Time Freedom?

There are various viewpoints on time freedom, for example: "I can do whatever I want in my own time and "If I had to do the work, I could change my attitude to accept it as my happy choice for my time" are two of them.
To make it suitable for most people in real life, I would like to simply describe the time freedom in one sentence: easily manage one's own time and increase the total value of one's time with wisdom.
Specifically in real life, it is to be able to fully understand and plan one's own time, actively and reasonably use different time periods, apply wisdom to change the length and value of time, and establish a time-lean cultural environment socially in order to live and work happily.
Time Freedom is the goal of ordinary life, not only for rich and wealthy people. For example, today I drove to work.
Before heading out, I knew there are two places where I usually experience road construction work and short bursts of traffic jams. I had to choose whether to take the usual route or choose to take a detour. Used to following familiar roads, I hope the road construction projects finish today but not sure, so I got out of home a few minutes early. Although I planned ahead, I had to be wary of the actual traffic conditions. If I find that there are too many cars in a traffic jam, I may have to take a detour.
Pretty much everything in our lives go like this. We need a goal first: workplace; time plan: half an hour; expected event: traffic jam; unexpected possibility: too many cars; solution: prepare more time and plan a different path in case.
Considering the social environment and the impact of advanced technology, I can take the highway to save time; I can use real-time Google navigation information to choose right path; I can discuss the possibility of working from home with my company to save traffic time.
With time freedom, it would be like a bird to fly freely to its destination.
