1. Money: 'Time is money' that is the road on which majority of us are proceeding. Keeping straight will enable you to go further into future.
2. Time: Time excitation is like fresh air at roadside which is easy but often forgotten in the wild area.
3. Team: No more a lonely tree but one in forest. Team work and spirit form the solid foundation for excellence of TIME Lean Culture.
4. System: At this level it is still like an ideal vision far far away. However, it's proven by practice example to be easy and effective. It can only push our society forward after a new culture is built.

Passionate New Culture Explorer

As an Innovation Culture Explorer, I’m here to introduce you to a new culture --TIME Lean Culture. It is originated in a Canadian company and practised in a small limited scope with excellent results including the culture itself. With lots of related experiences in engineering, production, programming, and innovation, I find a new working culture is needed for real working environments to improve the overall flexibility of business for better safety, quality, productivity, and faster delivery of products to customers .

This new culture starts with promoting the good habit of cherishing time as in our education system. It is also closely related with personal time management skills as discussed widely nowadays. It involves the JIT and Lean Production in industry as well as Lean Management in other professional areas.

Therefore, the new culture is about people working and living in our society. That is why I would introduce it to as many people as possible, so that it can improve with more help from more people and transform our community for better. I also have developed corresponding tool system to help promote the culture.

My mission is to show a different point of view to the world, and to get more help from and involvement of more people. A better and deeper understanding of the new culture and how to use it together with tool system will improve our living and work alike. CHERISHING TIME

As human beings we are grateful to our parents to give us a life's time in the solar system, and remember our missions in our lives on earth.
Everyone was born with different characters and abilities, and the only common thing is the time we share in life. Respecting, valuing, and making best use of time for ourselves and others should be our common goal on earth.
We need time freedom in order to live happily. In practice we need to balance our responsibilities and freedom to get optimized results, that is the goal of the new TIME lean culture.

LEAN CULTURE

Lean Production has proved to be a great way for organizing production operations based on Toyota system. Efforts have been made to extend to lean culture including implementing lean management system.
Although a lot of improvements been made so far in technical area and respecting people, still more potentials exist to improve the lean system. Time-focus in TIME Lean culture is expected to be a new force in small and medium businesses and even having some effects to family lives.
