TIME Lean Culture

The basis of the new culture is that time is cherished by everybody involved. The time each person has in his/her whole life is very limited, especially for the missions we have on earth.

Everyone was born with different characters and abilities, and the only common thing is the time we share in life. Respecting, valuing, and making best use of time for ourselves and others should be our common goal on earth. We need time freedom in order to live happily. But in real world living and working, we need to balance our responsibilities and freedom to get optimized results, that is the goal of the new TIME lean culture.

What does TIME mean? It stands for Time Is Money Excitation. It is a well-known saying that time is money. Here, it is only taken as a useful excitation. Here, TIME is also time and often you cannot get time by money, and so meaning that time is more valuable than money simply because it is what makes up our lives.

Taking time value into consideration in living and working environment to enhance people’s enthusiasm is really what TIME lean culture aim at.
